Julie has been the owner/manager of PDR since 1994. She has over 15 years of real estate and loan experience. After graduation from SDSU, she worked as a graphic designer/art director in the marketing department of several local companies. She took her marketing experience to help build PDR to become San Diego's most successful Discount Real Estate Brokerage. Julie is now the owner/broker of the San Diego, Orange County, Palm Springs and Southwest Riverside operations. Julie is well known in the Carmel Valley community through her volunteer work at the schools, coach and sponsor of her children's soccer and softball teams, and is active in the Del Mar Chapter of the Rady Children's Hospital Auxiliary as well as other personal charity causes. She is an avid tennis player and is very active at Morgan Run Golf and Tennis Resort.
